Our natural skincare does not sit on the shelf for months. It is made fresh for you by our artisans. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be made before it is shipped. Orders are made on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping is free for all orders within USA, over $75. We also offer express shipping to selected destinations. Any questions, please contact us for more information.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to unforeseen circumstances, which are out of our control. If you have not received your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We offer shipping of online purchases to United States only.

What is your Return or Exchange Policy
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at vineandlee@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve any issue.
Products can refunded within 30 days of purchase with authorization if you are not completely satisfied.
If your product appears damaged or faulty upon opening, please contact us within 7 days for a full product replacement with authorization.
Vine and Lee reserves the right to inspect the faulty product before exchanging or refunding.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to unforeseen circumstances, which are out of our control such as weather.
We will refund return postage costs if:

- The item has arrived damaged

What your Product Shelf Life?
Our skin and hair care is made fresh to order. Our Artisans formulate in small batches. You are guaranteed a freshly made product.
Most over the counter products contain large amounts of preservatives to allow for a long shelf life. Natural skincare products should be used up within 12 months after opening.
Shampoo Bars and Butters will last longer since they do not contain water.
If you find that your product has an unusual smell or if you see discoloration, discontinue use. Please contact us at vineandlee@gmail.com.
How Long Until I See Results?
We encourage our clients to be consistent for at least 45 days with our products. Changes in skin happen over time. Skin takes time to regenerate.
If you do notice a skin irritation, please discontinue use and quickly notify us at vineandlee@gmail.com.
How Long Does a Product Last?
30ml to 50ml generally lasts 30 to 45 days, depending on how much you use.
Shampoo Bars and Conditioner Bars and Conditioner Cream lasts approximately a 90 days, depending on how often you wash your hair.
Should I refrigerate my products?
We encourage you to store our fresh our products in a cool, stable environment in their original packaging and use within 6-12 months. Beyond this, there is no special care needed. You are more than welcome to chill a lotion, it may extend the life of the product and feel nice and cool on the skin. However, be aware some oils, and butters do not like extreme cold temperatures.
Do you collect a Sales Tax?
Only for Georgia residents, 7.75% of your order.
